Orders within US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2 business days)

Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class International (7-21 business days)

Orders to EU are shipped via USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks)

If there are missing items or incorrect items, I will mail out a replacement.

For US Customers

In the rare case that items are damaged, you can get a refund. I refund after you send me evidence (ie photo of damaged products) and I can file an insurance claim with USPS.

For International Customers

In the rare case that items are damaged, you can get a refund if insured shipping was purchased. Send me evidence (ie photo of damaged products) if you purchased insurance.
